"I want the Ethereum community to trust me with hundreds of millions of dollars over the next few years. If I cannot be trusted with $1m of capital, how can I ask for more? This is all about proving that I am trustworthy and delivering on my honour." So 3 months later, obviously you are proving you can't be trusted.

I was not a large investor, Ric, but I supported you as much as I felt I could at the time — both in the Wefunder campaign and, later, buying one of your Balance Silver Mirror Editions. I still believe you are a talented designer with some of the brightest thinking and clearest vision around Ethereum UX and what’s needed to create a world of Ethereans. I also have observed, at a distance, that you have a pattern of burning brightly for a time and then flaming out, the latter often coinciding with making grandiose statements and pursuing public vendettas on social media that erode your focus. This is a pattern I worry is repeating now with your Hayden Adams preoccupation, which has recently seen you doing things like offering a design bounty for an NFT image of Adams getting impaled by a unicorn. Adams may well deserve your ire but it still feels like you’re endorsing BaaS — Bullying as a Service. It’s not a good look on you, and not an approach I can easily imagine your publicly stated heroes taking or approving. Neither is taking an opportunistic “white savior” selfie with a person of color in apparent medical crisis while he lay on a hospital gurney. Whether or not he consented to the photo and its publication on Twitter, it looks bad, Ric. I mention both of these as recent examples of public behavior that undermine confidence in your ability to exercise good judgment and maintain focus while you execute your inspiring vision for Ethereum. At this point, I have twice voted for you with my wallet in the span of roughly six years. Recent evidence not withstanding, what will be different this time? What should a long-time supporter expect you to ship and when? And how does it realize your Ethereum vision and advance the protocol’s potential for positive change in the world?
